About the Event

The ARDC has recently received dedicated funding from the Australian Government’s National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) to deliver the exciting project of Research Link Australia (RLA).

The RLA project aims to provide an information platform and strategic framework to boost the success of services and activities that are linking university and research organisations, business, industry and government for impactful innovation.

The project has adopted a consultative and co-design approach to working with government bodies, key data agencies, research-industry facilitators, businesses and research communities to ensure we develop and iteratively improve these capabilities together.

This is the fourth and final co-design workshops. Access slides, notes and summaries for the previous workshops in this Google Drive folder.

Agenda

In this workshop, we’ll be seeking your input on the outcomes of the previous workshops, which the RLA has incorporated into its strategy and architectural design. Tentative topics include:

  • proof of concept system demonstrator – including technical design feedback
  • findings on sector capability requirements and gaps
  • the RLA’s shared strategic framework – a draft for guiding the initial RLA vision, service model and wider information roadmap
  • final feedback on 4 workshop outputs.

Slides, notes and summaries for all our co-design workshops will be uploaded to this Google Drive folder.
