ARDC joins AeRO and announces the ARDC Skills Summit as part of eResearch Australasia 2021

ARDC Skills Summit 2021 joins eResearch Australasia Conference 2021The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) is pleased to announce it has joined the industry association, Australasian eResearch Organisations (AeRO).

“We’re very excited to be able to explore how we can work with the community of digital research providers AeRO represents to ensure that, together, we can provide Australian researchers with the best possible competitive advantage through data”, says Rosie Hicks, CEO, ARDC.

“We are delighted to welcome ARDC as our latest member. ARDC’s decision to join AeRO strengthens our ability to work together on activities of benefit to the eResearch sector” says Dr Phil Gurney, CEO, AeRO.

As part of the partnership, the upcoming ARDC Skills Summit will be held during the AeRO’s flagship event, the eResearch Australasia Conference in October 2021, creating new and exciting collaboration opportunities within the research support community.

All registered conference participants will now also be able to attend the ARDC Skills Summit and other skills related workshops and sessions planned throughout the meeting. The ARDC Skills Summit is free to attend.
