Learning a completely new platform can be difficult and hiccups can happen along the way. The Nectar Research Cloud Support Centre is your go-to resource for help.

Use the chat and ticket support functions for immediate help or check out the extensive support and self-help knowledge base articles with technical documentation.

Need More Resources for Your Research?

You can request additional resources for your research project if you decide to continue using Nectar after your free trial ends—or even before. However, there are eligibility requirements to be aware of.

If you have a national competitive research grant or your project is supported by an NCRIS facility, you are eligible for a national merit allocation on Nectar.

There are other criteria that will also allow you to obtain a Nectar Research Cloud resource allocation. The National Research Cloud Allocation Scheme outlines eligibility requirements for the allocation of resources on the Nectar Research Cloud.

See the user guide for how to request and manage an allocation for computing power, storage or other features of the ARDC Nectar Research Cloud.
