Identifying the demand for HTC services in the Australian research community
Modern research methods, in many fields, involves processing data and performing computations that require a large amount of computing resources. This project specifically focuses on a type of computing called High Throughput Computing (HTC). It investigates the demand for HTC services in the Australian research community, and to identify issues and needs. It focuses on the needs of the Australian research community at a national level that are outside the scope of which any single university or research organisation are able to provide on their own.
