The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) enables the Australian research community and industry access to nationally significant, data intensive digital research infrastructure, platforms, skills and collections of high quality data.
Through our partners, the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) provides high capacity digital data storage for nationally significant collections, cloud computing, collection curation and data management resources, as well as national catalogue, identifier and vocabulary services.
Partnerships are essential for Australia to develop a transformed data and computational infrastructure environment and a partnerships approach is a core principle for the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC). Our NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL collaborations and partnerships ensure valuable data and software assets are developed, made available and sustained for everyone.
We have a huge collection of resources for researchers, librarians and eResearch professionals. The topics covered by our resources and guides range from ethics and sensitive data to managing data; from research data policy and licensing to training and teaching research data management skills.
The 2020 Collaborative Conference on Computational and Data Intensive Science (2020 C3DIS) has been cancelled. This cancellation applies to the main conference (16 – 17 March) and all post conference workshops (18 – 20 March).
