About the Event
Are you a researcher new to cloud computing? Join our first ARDC Nectar Research Cloud community meetup, which is perfect for researchers who want to know what the cloud is, use cases for research, and Nectar services available to them.
You may not need to learn practical skills just yet, but you’ll want to know how the cloud can work for you.
Agenda
We’ll give a presentation covering 5 key questions:
- What is Nectar?
- What is the difference between the cloud and high-performance computing (HPC)?
- How do I access Nectar?
- What skills do I need?
- What services and support are available?
There will be time for questions and discussions.
