About the Event
At this last meeting of the DMPs Interest Group of 2024, you’ll hear from Dr Cameron K Fong of the University of Sydney for a recap of his presentation at eResearch Australasia Conference 2024, “Are RDMPs on life-support? The need for a ‘health check’ for researchers’ data practices”.
At the University of Sydney, the Research Data Consulting (RDC) team is helping researchers transform their research data management plans (RDMPs) from static files into dynamic, actionable resources. At this meeting, we’ll explore how RDMP health checks review data management practices, align RDMPs with ethics compliance, and support researchers in creating effective, living documents for their research.
This meeting will be hosted by John Brown of Curtin University, chair of the DMPs Interest Group.
