About the Event

The ACTA 2025 Clinical Trials and Registries Symposium is taking place from 17 – 19 November at the Crown Promenade Hotel, Melbourne.

It is the annual event for those involved in advancing the development of a self-improving healthcare system through the design and conduct of clinical trials, registries, clinical data, healthcare funding, policy and regulation, healthcare service delivery, health information technology and patient advocacy.

Hear from the ARDC at the following sessions:

  • On Monday 17 November at 12.10pm, Dr Adrian Burton, Director, People Research Data Commons, will present on the Health Studies Australian National Data Asset (HeSANDA) program, which is building national infrastructure to allow researchers to access and share data from health studies, including clinical trials, cohort studies and other data valuable for research.
  • Dr Amany Gouda-Vossos, ARDC and Dr Lisa Eckstein, CT:IQ, are presenting a poster on ‘Fostering a National Approach to Ethical Data Sharing in Clinical Research’.
  • ARDC and partners in the HeSANDA program are presenting a poster ‘Building research today for sharing tomorrow: Driving Change in Health outcomes using Health Data Australia’
