  • Participation in this program will involve coordination across the various research-supporting business units of the institution, e.g. information technology, library, research office, eResearch, archives, DVC-R’s office. Please list a lead contact for each relevant group or department within the university that will contribute or be otherwise engaged or consulted during the project in this spreadsheet, and then upload the completed sheet below.
  • 4. Implementation

  • Briefly outline a suggested activity with which you will test or validate the joint framework. This activity should have ongoing value beyond the duration of the project, involve improvement or change at the institution, and produce some output that can be of value to other institutions. This activity can build upon work already being planned or undertaken within your institution. Note that because the framework will be developed during the first phase of the project, the institutional activity that you carry out as part of this project may change from what is stated in this proposal.
  • 5. Aligned activities

  • Briefly outline related activities occurring at your institution which this project could leverage off and/or feed into, e.g. the development of a data management strategy, policy update, new storage system.
  • 6. Internal alignment

  • Briefly outline the existing or planned internal mechanism for collaboration across the relevant business units of your institution. Describe how the key supporting contacts above will be informed of and involved in the project.
