Craig is an experienced company director, currently Chair of Silex Systems, a director of Sydney Water and a director of Sovereign Manufacturing Automation for Composites Cooperative Research Centre (SoMAC). He has extensive experience in research and commercialisation strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship across a wide range of global projects and industry sectors.

Fang is a globally recognised and award-winning leader in artificial intelligence and data science. She is the Executive Director of the Data Science Institute at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), where she drives transformative research and innovation at the intersection of academia, government and industry. Her career has encompassed senior leadership roles at Intel, Motorola and CSIRO, as well as serving as Dean of Faculty at Beijing Jiaotong University. She is also a Board Member of Industry Innovation and Science Australia (IISA).

Sue’s commitment to science and equity underpins her roles as Marine National Facility Steering Committee Chair, WMO Study Group Chair, and Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute board and UTS Council member. She was BOM Chief Scientist and inaugural Superstar of STEM.

Calum is Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research and Innovation and Vice President at RMIT University. He has a leadership role in the development of discovery and practice-based research, and in building and enhancing capability in research and innovation across RMIT. Previously CSIRO’s Group Executive for Manufacturing, Materials and Minerals, Chief of CSIRO Materials Science and Engineering, and CAP-XX’s inaugural Vice President Research, Calum has a strong interest and passion for the commercialisation of research outcomes.

An experienced executive working in the government and research sector nationally and internationally, Anne-Marie was one of the architects of NCRIS. She was most recently Deputy Chief Executive at Universities Australia, and Chief of Staff to Australia’s Chief Scientist. She currently chairs the Marine National Facility, is a Board Member of Cooperative Research Australia and the Australian National Imaging Facility, and is a member of the University of Canberra Council.
